Standard Return Policy & Exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

Reaven applies the European Law and the Italian law (D-Legs. 4th of November 2021 n 170) as far as return and exercise of right of withdrawal concerns in the European Union Countries. In the rest of the World the sales are final.

In particular:

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from REAVEN:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item or exercise your right of withdrawal from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from REAVEN can be returned to REAVEN. 
• Product returned must be in original conditions without any sort of alteration. 
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the the promotional items included in the shipping bag/box.
• Returns  are at the Customer's expense.

We provide all information about sizes on our Instagram pages and on our site . Should you need a tip you can contact us on IG. As most of our collection very quickly are sold-out we cannot grant any size and/or color change.
